Bead Jar

At Back To School Night, you will see our bead jar.   It is a jar that I put beads into when the class is working as a team following our Bear Behaviors.  The class filled the jar today so tomorrow (yes it is typically on Fridays) is our reward day.  We made a list and the students voted for an electronic toy day.  This means they may bring a toy of their choosing.   The toy can be electronic but it does not have to be.  I have advised them that they can not access the school wireless network so the toy should be able to operate without it.   Finally, I have also told them that if they ask for something and their trusted adult says no, the answer is no.  That means not asking again and zero pouting (yes I have children).  In addition, the 2nd place choice was a clear drink.  Since tomorrow is Popcorn Friday, I decided to let them have two winners..  Clear drinks can include juice boxes, pop, and sports drink are fine.
